These Terms of Service govern the consulting services provided by Lukchris Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“the client”) agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Business development and sales consulting

• Relationship and stakeholder management

• Consultative selling and client retention

• Sales strategy and key account management

• Partnership-driven services (project management, SLP advisory, environmental strategy, infrastructure, digital platforms, WiFi solutions, and BEE consulting)

The scope of each service is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information relevant to the service.

• Communicate in a timely manner during projects.

• Fulfil any obligations that may impact the success of agreed outcomes.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

• Payment terms are specified on invoices or contracts.

• Fees may be reviewed and adjusted periodically with notice.

• For ongoing engagements, a three-month minimum term applies, after which services can be terminated with one month’s written notice.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we apply proven strategies and industry expertise, outcomes may vary depending on client cooperation, market conditions, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing, subject to the minimum engagement period and notice requirements outlined above. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
